APPLICATIONS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND HAVE PRIORITY OF PLACEMENT:
1) Earnest Money Deposit Equal to One Months Rent (personal check okay).
2) $35 EACH ADULT (no exceptions)processing fee in certified funds or cash.
3) Copy of each adults drivers license (passports for non-US citizens).
4) Proof of income IE: recent paystub,tax returns.
5) Initialed copy of our "Application Procedures and Policies."
6) Application filled out on EACH ADULT (no exceptions).Only the GCAAR applications are accepted (see below).
